*Update: from the City* Downtown Moncton New Year's Eve Party 2023: Hockey, Tunes, Fireworks, More!

We received this update from the City:
"We really encourage people to get to the hockey games early as there will be lots happening around the Avenir Centre all day.  Accessible parking spaces will remain available along Canada St. but motorists must enter through Vaughan Harvey Blvd.
Hockey Canada has also just told us that they would be releasing the final 200 tickets for tonight’s 5pm game at noon today. (https://www.ticketmaster.ca/finland-v-united-states-moncton-new-brunswick-12-31-2022/event/31005D7ECF527CE5)"

The City of Moncton sent out a press release about delays/ detours/ street closures because of New Year’s Eve Family Fun Fest at Downtown Place (150 Canada Street)...
πŸ•– From 7a on Sat Dec 31 until 1a on Sun Jan 1: 
- Main Street closed between Weldon and Bonaccord Street. 
- Canada Street closed from back of Avenir Centre to Main Street. 
* you'll have controlled access to Hyatt Hotel & Carrabba’s Restaurant parking lot.
 

 
Event Information:
From 7:30p to midnight on Dec 31 all are welcome to the free celebration at Downtown Place (150 Canada St).
