The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public's help in locating 30-year-old Tyler Knapper, who has been missing from Moncton since December 10, 2025 (Missing 30-year-old man | Royal Canadian Mounted Police). He was last seen near St. George Street, and after several unsuccessful leads, police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing. The Sackville RCMP is asking for the public's help to locate 43-year-old Joseph (Joey) Reginald Sears, who is wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court on September 5, 2025 (Have you seen this wanted man? | Royal Canadian Mounted Police).

Codiac Transpo has announced a modified holiday schedule from Dec. 24, 2025, to Jan. 1, 2026, with no bus service on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day (Codiac Transpo Announces 2025-2026 Holiday Schedule | City of Moncton). Service will end early on Christmas Eve, while a special free New Year's Eve service will be offered on select routes from 6 p.m. until 2:40 a.m.
