US federal jury finds that Live Nation and its subsidiary Ticketmaster maintained a harmful monopoly over large concert venues, following a lawsuit by numerous U.S. states that alleged the company stifled competition (Ticketmaster and Live Nation had monopoly on big concert venues, jury finds - National | Globalnews.ca).
