Skate for Tate is happening on Sunday (Feb 22)
You're invited to stop by the Avenir Centre in downtown Moncton from 9a to noon on Sunday (Feb 22, 2026).

There'll be skating and fun activities for all ages!

Question: "Do you have to skate?" Answer: Nope! There's other fun stuff happening. Watch for special guests like Wild Willy and the Moncton Wildcats! *Please note: CSA-approved helmets are required for skating.

Notes:

- this event began in 2024 to remember 5 year-old Tate Hughes who passed away after a brief illness. Tate loved hockey! Skate for Tate is a chance for families, kids and people of all ages to come together and have a skate while raising money for the hockey community.
