Billy Ray Cyrus has the #1 song on the Country chart with "Achy Breaky Heart". Originally recorded by the Marcy Brothers as "Don't Tell My Heart" in 1991, Cyrus' version becomes the first certified Platinum Country single since Kenny and Dolly's "Islands in the Stream" in the early 1980s.
