Got Junk? Here's the Schedule for the Free Mobile Eco Depot #Junk #Householdwaste #recycle

If you're in Albert or Westmorland County, and you've got household waste that is not regular garbage and is also not commercial waste, you can bring your junk to various locations where the Mobile Eco Depot is set up to receive it. Hours are normally noon til 8p, over two days, wherever they are set up. 

Here's the 2025 Location Schedule: 

What junk can you bring?

- APPLIANCES: One fridge, stove, freezer, dishwasher, oven, water cooler, microwave, water heater, dehumidifier, washer, dryer, BBQ, etc.

- ELECTRONIC WASTE: a TV, monitor, hard drive, anything electronic that plugs in or takes batteries.

- FURNITURE: a sofa, chair, mattress, box spring, dresser, table/ chair, etc.

- SMALL MACHINERY: snowblower, lawn mower, chain saw, etc. *These must be emptied of gas and oil.

- RENOVATION WASTE: debris like gypsum/ drywall/ board wood, wood decking, windows, doors, shingles, heat/water pump, etc.
- HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE: Batteries, cooking oil, aerosol cans, paint, light bulbs, chemicals, propane tanks, etc.

- OTHER STUFF: car/ truck tires (*max 20” diameter & *limit 8 per customer), branches/ yard waste,  ashes, sorted glass, cardboard/ paper, cooking oil, metal, etc.

- NOT ALLOWED: gas/ oil tanks, regular curbside waste, car parts, bio waste, black bags.
