"Riverview, NB- The Town of Riverview wants everyone to have a safe and fun Halloween. Motorists are reminded to use extra caution driving on October 31 as excited children may forget street safety. The Town encourages trick-or-treating before it gets too dark. A year-round curfew exists for children under sixteen (By-law 700-20). Youth are not allowed on streets after 10 p.m. without adult supervision."

HALLOWEEN SAFETY TIPS from Scotty & Tony:

-Stay inside until you get the "All-Clear" from proper authorities.
... oh wait, that's not Halloween... that's The Purge...

-Wait 28 days, then carefully leave the mall... or,um, that one might have to do with the zombie apocalypse...

-Let your parents check your candy. Then let them eat it. All of it. Come on, kids, we're your DADGUM parents!

-Kids, stay away from those Ouija Boards. Seriously! Haven't you ever read the Goosebumps books?

-If you're going to egg a house, make sure the owner doesn't have any egg allergies.

-Best cure for a candy hangover is a blood transfusion.
